Options for how your remote users can get support from you

Your remote computer clients and end-users can start a remote support session to get software for computer remote support to download and connect to you by simply logging in for remote computer support through our homepage. They start the session for remote support by entering a code number in the form on our homepage. The same for can be placed on your web site (a description of how to do this is shown further down this page) Upon doing so, the next page will have a connect button which they click on to initiate the download and connection.

You send an email containing a remote support link from your user pages or your desktop emailing program.

Place a URL link on your web site's support pages for your users to click on. This method will also not require your end-users or clients to login.      

Our exe file (this exe file is part of the computer support software system) can be placed on your web site for your users to download and run or link to the exe file on our site from your server. When the software for computer remote support executable program is run, your users will be prompted to enter your viewer id.

Desktop support software is accessible to the online remote pc users. They just enter the remote support code or PIN (this number corresponds with your viewer id number that's assigned to your account when it's created) in the form on our homepage or a similar form on a page on your web site.

 

This is only an option for you to use, it's NOT required.

 

The html code provided below is for a web form similar to the one shown above with functionality like our homepage's form for starting an online  computer remote support session. Modify the colors and even apply style sheets to match you sites look and feel.  

 

The remote user enters a code number before they are able to connect for remote support. If the wrong number is submitted, the user will be returned to the page on your site.

Also note, if your end-users login for support through our homepage, they will receive a message stating you have not completed the setup of your account.
