Options for how your remote users can get support from you


Logging in for remote desktop support through our homepage. They login for remote support by entering your viewer id number in the form on our homepage and click login. Upon doing so, the next page will have a connect button which they click on to initiate the download and connection.


You can email a remote support link from your user page or by using your own email program. This method does not require your clients to log in. The page that will open is the same connect page from used in the option above.


Place a link on your web site for your users to click on. Use the same URL link used in the emailing option. This method will also not require your end-users or clients to login.      


You could place our exe file on your web site for your users to download and run or link to the exe file on our site from your server. When the exe is run, your users will be prompted to enter your viewer id.





Your customers or end-users can initiate a remote support session with you from our homepage or a support page on your web site. To start the remote support session, they are only requires to enter your viewer number and click on the button to login.


The remote users just enter the support code or PIN (the number corresponds with your viewer id number that's assigned to your account when the account is created) in the form field on our homepage or a page on your web site to start a pc remote control session on the web.

Remote Support


This is only an option available for you to use, it is NOT required.


The html code provided below is for a web form similar to the one shown above with functionality like our homepage's form for starting an online  computer remote support session. Modify the colors and even apply style sheets to match you sites look and feel.  


Copy and paste the following code in a page on your web site rather than a direct link. This will help deter random site visitors from clicking on a plain link and connecting to you inappropriately.


The remote user must know the number  to enter (it's your desktop viewer id number) before they are able to connect for remote support. If an incorrect id is entered, the user will return to the page on your site.





Sorry, the system is disabled and the executable is unavailable for download until you have tested your viewer successfully at least once using the Test Viewer button in Step 4 on your user page.

Also note, if your end-users login for support through our homepage, they will receive a message stating you have not completed the setup of your account.

New Page 8 No password entry is required for end-user remote support - just your viewer id is necessary for the end-user whom your trying to support remotely to login. Login and start your pc remote support viewer if it's not already running on your remote support computer system from a previous remote support session.  Then, direct the end-user whom you'd like to support via remote control to open a browser and go to our homepage. Or, just email a remote support link. There's no configuring of software by the end-user at all for remote support - there's really nothing for them to think about.
