Options for how your remote users can get support from you

Remote clients and users can login for remote PC support from you by going to our homepage and entering your viewer id (also known as the code or PIN number) below the field labeled "Login Below From Remote Support". There are a number of other options that can be used but this is a genuine fall back if one of the other methods you have chosen becomes inaccessible for your users.

You are able to email a link to your users from your user pages . This will allow the remote desktop clients to simply click on a link that's send via the email. The URL link will open a web page on our site known as the connect page. At which point all the remote user needs to do to continue is to click on a connect button.

Place am URL web link on your web site (or sites as there is no limit or restriction as to how many web sites or pages you can put the link on)  for your users to click on. Use the same URL link used in the emailing option. The advantage with using this link is that they don't have to enter a support code or PIN number.  

You could add our exe file on your web site for users to download and execute.

Your customers or end-users can initiate an online computer remote support session with you from our homepage or a tech support page on your web site or sites. To start the computer remote control software and remote support session, they are only requires to enter your viewer number and click on the button to login.

They remote computer users or clients just have to enter the support code in the form field on our homepage or a page on your web site.

 

Below is an option available for you to get your remote clients to initiate a session, it is NOT required.

 

The source code provided below is for the web form shown above and functions like the form on our homepage. It starts an online computer remote support session. Modify the colors and even apply style sheets to match you sites look and feel.

Also note, if your end-users login for support through our homepage, they will receive a message stating you have not completed the setup of your account.
