viewer icon is visible on your taskbar.

Once you've
successfully tested your viewer configuration using the Test Viewer button
located on your main user
page, you may begin
supporting computers over the Internet
and on your local network. For local network support, the configuration
differs slightly,
click here to learn more.
If
you've already tested your viewer successfully and your configuration
has not changed, you could skip testing again. It's
recommended, however, that you test before trying to
support remote
computers to be certain your settings are still valid.
