Development of a remote pc support system that will not require port forwarding for allowing the remote data streams to enter the technical support network from the computer that's being remote controlled is in progress. Currently however, our current remote support system doesn't operate in the same manner as a pc remote support solution as do some of the more expensive products for web-based remote desktop support .  We do require port forwarding and access to the tech side router although it doesn't have to be the router of the network they are currently accessing the internet from as another option for the mobile techs is they could RDP to a desktop from their laptop that has our system setup to be used for online remote support. This may seem clumsy at first but if your looking to purchase one of the other support systems for 5, 6 or more techs, the savings are in the thousands. The same support software account can be used from multiple networks as you're not just purchasing a static executable file. Our exe is dynamic and adjusts to the applied network changes. This definitely differentiates our computer support software from the others in our category of remote pc support software.
