There are several options for how remote users can access support.

 

Remote users of desktops and laptops on your LAN, Corporate WAN, or through public Internet connections can access remote support services from technical support staff members by logging in through our homepage. The support software that's used for remote support is accessible through our homepage but a similar customizable login form can be placed on your site (more information further down this page).

 

Another useful option is sending an email containing a remote support link. You can send a remote support email that will contain a link for your users to click on from your user page while logged into your remote support account or an email can be sent from your own email client program like Microsoft Outlook.

 

Emailng a link for Using email is an option for you to use. It is NOT a required procedure. Once the remote desktop support session has been initialized, support software from our site downloads to the remote computer. The software also contains configuration information and connects back to the support computer at which point the remote user can be supported via web based remote pc control support.

 

Another very popular option is to place a remote support link on your own web site. The site can be a personal web site or a company/corporate web site.

 

To skip any re-peated downloading, there is the option of copying the computer support software exe file to your web-site or even your client's computers. To start the pc remote support session, the clients need only enter a  number (it can be called a code or PIN number if you like - it's up to your preference) and click on the button to login.
