A few things to check:
1. Please be sure to click "yes" or "grant" or "allow" or "run" when the browser security window opens.
Missing the security warning message is the most common error. If you know you've missed the warning or
accidentally clicked a non permitting response to it, close all browser windows and re-login and try again.
2. Check that your browser has Java enabled and not just installed. We've already checked for you that Java is
installed but our detection won't find a damaged or incorrectly installed Java VM (JRE).
3. Another cause is your system has a damaged JAVA VM or a VERY old one.

For Windows VISTA
There is a new version 6 of the Java JRE designed for Vista.
Download Java JRE 6 for Windows Vista from our site or from Sun's.
In all cases from the above list, close ALL open browser windows and open a "fresh" one. Re-login and try again.
Installing Java JRE may require a restart of your system.
