How Your Clients or End-Users Connect for |

Your remote
end-users or customers can get support from you by:
- Logging in for
support through our homepage. They login for
remote support by entering
your viewer id number
in the form on our homepage and click login. Upon doing so, the next
page
will have a connect button which they click to initiate the download and
connection.
- You can email a
remote
support link from your user page or by
using your own email program.
The page that will open is the same connect page used in the option
above. This method does not require
your clients to enter a code unless their computer doesn't have Java.
Users without Java installed will be presented a link to click. The link
is like any other web download, they click to download, they are
prompted to Save or Run, they should choose Run. When the program runs,
it will prompt them to enter your tech number (viewer id number) to
proceed.

Put a link on your web site for your users to click on. When clicked,
they are brought right to the connect page. Use the same URL link used in the emailing option. This method will also not require your end-users
or clients to enter a tech number or code of any type.
- Place our
exe file on your web site for your users to
download and run or link to the exe file on our site from your server.
When the exe is run, your users
will be prompted to enter your
tech number (viewer
id number).

Add a form on your site for your users to start a session from as
described and shown below. The code is provided for you to copy
and paste into one of your html files. (See Below)

Methods you can use for your clients and end-users to connect
for support.
Your customers or end-users can initiate a
remote support from our homepage or a page on your site. They only need to enter your viewer ID number and click
on the login button.
They just enter your viewer id (support
code, PIN) in the form field on
our homepage or yours.
The html code below will provide you with a form similar to the
one shown above with functionality like our homepage's form. Modify
the colors, fonts, and even apply style sheets to match your sites look
and feel.
You can place the following code on your web site rather than a
direct link.
The user must know the code number - your desktop viewer id
number, to enter before
they are able to connect to you for
remote support. If an
incorrect id is entered, the user will return to the page on
your site the form is located on.

Also note, if your end-users login for support through our homepage, they
will receive a message stating you have not completed the setup of your account.
