Methods you can use for your clients and end-users to connect
for support.
Your customers or end-users can initiate a
remote support from our homepage or a page on your site. They only need to enter your viewer ID number and click
on the login button.
They just enter your viewer id (support
code, PIN) in the form field on
our homepage or yours.
The html code below will provide you with a form similar to the
one shown above with functionality like our homepage's form. Modify
the colors, fonts, and even apply style sheets to match your sites look
and feel.
You can place the following code on your web site rather than a
direct link.
The user must know the code number - your desktop viewer id
number, to enter before
they are able to connect to you for
remote support. If an
incorrect id is entered, the user will return to the page on
your site the form is located on.

When the program is downloaded and executed for
